How to Apply

Application for admission may be made at any time during normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) by applying in person at Signature Healthcare or by scheduling an appointment with our Program Coordinator.

Signature Healthcare Admission Requirements

In order to be eligible for admission to our program, a student must be at least 16 years of age.

• Complete a student enrollment agreement.
• Students may apply at any time but may only start their program of study on specified start dates. Students interested in attending Signature Healthcare are encouraged to contact the school well in advance of their intended start date since classes have limited enrollment and the classes tend to fill up fast.
• Provide required medical documentation as requested by Signature Healthcare.
